Please include helpful details if you can: the cooker model, grain type/brand, batch size, water source (soft/hard), altitude, and your desired texture.
Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:00 (local time). We’re a small team and appreciate your patience.
FAQ
-
How do I choose the right size?
If you mostly cook 1–2 cups, a 3–5.5‑cup (uncooked) model usually gives the best texture and energy use. Regularly cooking 4–8 cups? Consider 8–10‑cup models designed for larger batches. Our guides note which machines keep texture consistent across volumes. -
Do you accept free products?
We buy most units we test. When samples are provided, acceptance does not guarantee coverage or a positive rating. Samples are disclosed, evaluated with the same protocols, and may be donated after testing. See our Editorial Policy for details. -
Can you help with keep‑warm yellowing or drying?
Check your keep‑warm window by grain (we publish safe durations), use the included measuring cup only for reference and weigh rice/water in grams, and consider a damp paper towel under the lid for short‑grain on long holds. Hard water and high altitude may need small water and time adjustments—our guides include correction rules.
